NadStocks is a launchpad for creating and trading stock-inspired memecoins on Monad. Every launch has a fixed supply, visible creator, transparent fees, and on-chain liquidity.

Launch a token

Connect an EVM wallet on Monad, define the token identity, and choose how fees are distributed. One wallet confirmation deploys the token with the protocol's standard market configuration.

Connect

Use an injected EVM wallet and switch to Monad.

Create

Choose the name, ticker, image and links, then select the real on-chain market: WMON, USDC or a supported aStock such as aAAPL or aTSLA. NadStocks seeds token-only liquidity, so the creator never has to provide the paired asset.

Configure

Choose a 0.10–5% trading tax and the permanent fee mode. Market parameters are standardized.

Launch

The factory deploys the token and permanently locks its Uniswap v3 position.

Trading

Each token gets a market page with price, market cap, volume, trades, holders, liquidity, chart, creator details, and a live transaction feed. Trades route through the NadStocks trading contract to the configured Monad DEX adapter.

On-chain data flow

Wallet → NadStocks Router → DEX Adapter → Liquidity Pool. Events are indexed for fast market pages and activity feeds.

Fees & rewards

The default trading tax is 1%. NadStocks receives 10% of the tax collected—equal to 0.10% of volume at the default rate—and the remaining 90% follows the permanent mode selected at launch.

CreatorThe full 90% community portion is credited to the creator or selected recipient.
CommunityThe creator chooses a split between creator rewards and indexed holder rewards.
BuybackThe 90% community portion accumulates for permissionless protected buybacks and permanent burns.
Anti-bot3% for 10 minutes, 2% until minute 30, then the creator’s selected base rate.
LP feesCollected Uniswap v3 fees are split 50/50 between the creator and NadStocks treasury.
